Our default tour uses Windows Media Player. It is the best version for viewing as it is the clearest and the fastest loading.

PC users who are unable to view the Windows Media Player Tour should download and install the items below. If still unable to view, then use the Flash Version Tour.

Macintosh users will probably need to use the Flash Version tour. You will need Flash installed to view and it is available for download on the Flash Tour Page.

Java Help

The next most common problem viewing tour is with the Java runtime. You may need the current version of Java installed on your computer, If you think Java is installed, we recommended that you reinstall it. To install Java, click below to download the software from the Sun Microsystems Java website.

Still Not Working?

If the above issues do not fix your computer, then it is a computer related issue that must be addressed by a computer technician. Please use the Flash Version Tour which almost all operating systems can display. Flash Tours are less clear and may take longer to load.
